We ship via UPS daily from Monday to Saturday. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding the holiday season. Yes, we accept return of purchases from GHW that have not been used, or damaged in any way within 30 days from purchase. During the months of November and December only, that is extended to 60 days.

Ensuring sustainability is a priority, 90% of the wood is responsibly acquired, mainly from trees naturally downed in storms or removed for safety reasons.
